Requirements

• Strong knowledge of M&A tax advisory, including transaction structuring, due diligence, and tax-efficient deal planning.
• Ability to analyze complex tax implications arising from mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and business transfers.
• Experience in advising on direct tax matters within transaction lifecycle support and related compliance considerations.
• Proficient in applying tax technical knowledge to support advisory assignments and client deliverables.
• Sound understanding of general consulting practices to contribute effectively to tax advisory engagements.
