Responsibilities

• Working knowledge of exchange control regulations, LRS, overseas investments, and family office trust structures.

Requirements

• Strong technical expertise in corporate tax advisory with hands-on experience in succession planning, estate planning, and promoter entity structuring.
• Ability to advise on personal taxation matters, including capital gains and related tax planning considerations.
• Experience in preparing and executing advisory deliverables with accuracy and relevance to client requirements.
