Requirements

• Strong understanding of tax policy and controversy frameworks, with the ability to support complex advisory engagements.
• Hands-on experience in managing direct tax litigation assignments involving research, analysis, and issue resolution.
• Proficient in applying general consulting skills to evaluate tax positions and develop practical recommendations.
• Ability to interpret evolving tax regulations and support client-specific controversy and policy matters.
• Demonstrated capability in preparing well-structured tax analysis and documentation for engagement deliverables.
