Key responsibilities

• Our team helps clients manage their risk/return trade-offs to support them with better decision-making around financing and capital efficiency.
• Assess a company's current processes across commercial, finance and operations functions to identify pain points and gaps that are impacting working capital, cash flow and profitability.
• Analyse transactional and operational data to deliver critical insights to clients.
• Develop strategies and implement measurable improvements to optimize inventory management, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to assess financial and operational performance and recommend actionable insights.
• Prepare detailed reports and powerpoint presentations for clients, summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Assist in business development activities including preparing presentations for client and internal pursuit meetings.
• Assisting in identifying opportunity areas for working capital improvements.

Requirements

• Strong numerical / analytical ability and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office packages (in particular MS Excel and Power Point), BI tools, AI tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• 3-6 years of experience in consulting, finance or a related field, with a focus on working capital optimization; Experience in finance transformation, supply chain optimisation or process improvement projects.
