Responsibilities

• Lead and execute internal audit, risk advisory, and process review engagements across business functions to evaluate the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
• Perform risk assessments, develop audit plans and testing strategies, identify control gaps, and provide practical recommendations to improve operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct walkthroughs, interviews, data analysis, and control testing to evaluate key business processes, including procurement, sales, inventory management, finance, and information technology controls.
• Prepare high-quality audit workpapers, observations, reports, and executive presentations, clearly communicating risks, root causes, business impacts, and actionable recommendations.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with process owners, senior management, and cross-functional teams to discuss findings, track remediation plans, and drive timely closure of audit issues.
• Mentor and supervise junior team members, review their work, support business development initiatives, and contribute to the enhancement of audit methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
