Requirements

• Strong expertise in internal audit practices with a focus on identifying control gaps and assessing process effectiveness within insurance environments.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management frameworks, including risk identification, evaluation, and mitigation across business processes.
• Ability to support process and controls reviews by mapping risks to controls and validating control design and operating effectiveness.
• Proficient in executing consulting assignments that require structured analysis, audit documentation, and issue articulation.
• Hands-on understanding of insurance risk and control functions, with the ability to apply internal audit methodologies to regulated financial services environments.
