Requirements

• Strong foundation in tax compliance and advisory with practical exposure to AIF and Private Equity Clients.
• Hands-on experience in mergers and acquisitions, AIF tax matters, and fund setup and ongoing tax compliance.
• Ability to support due diligence exercises and deliver ad hoc tax advisory across complex client scenarios.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as SEBI, FEMA, and IFSC to address transaction and compliance requirements.
• Proven capability to manage end-to-end client deliverables with accuracy, timeliness, and consistent execution.
