Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyse the consultation papers / draft regulations issued by the IFSCA including co-ordinating with various external and internal stakeholders for collating and drafting comments.
• Track regulatory updates applicable and relevant for the GIFT city.

Requirements

• Should have working knowledge of the Income Tax Act etc.
• Should have basic knowledge of Goods and Services Tax, Special Economic Zone Regulations, Gujarat local laws etc.
