Responsibilities

• Working knowledge of indirect and direct tax concepts relevant to transaction advisory engagements.

Requirements

• Strong technical understanding of M&A tax advisory, including tax due diligence, transaction structuring, and deal support.
• Ability to analyze complex tax implications across mergers, acquisitions, and related corporate restructuring activities.
• Experience in preparing tax reviews, identifying key tax risks, and supporting documentation for client deliverables.
• Exposure to broader tax advisory work with the ability to apply core tax principles in fast-paced consulting environments.
