Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in tax advisory with a strong focus on M&A Tax transactions and structuring.
• Ability to analyze complex deal scenarios and identify tax implications across merger, acquisition, and restructuring activities.
• Proficient in applying tax technical knowledge to support due diligence, transaction planning, and advisory deliverables.
• Strong understanding of domestic and cross-border tax considerations relevant to M&A engagements.
• Experience in preparing clear, technically sound recommendations aligned with transaction objectives and compliance requirements.
