Responsibilities

• Manages execution relating to IPOs end to end ?.
• Coordinate and work closely with the client and EY team on all aspects of regulatory compliance ?.
• Liaise with intermediaries including BRLMs and Legal Counsels from deal execution perspective ?.
• Assistance in contributing to business development by bringing in early lead and ensuring client engagement with the help of the wider team ?.
• Responsible in ensuring risk management and compliance within EY and meeting all disclosure requirements as per law from client perspective ?.
• Assisting the client in the post issue formalities ?.
