Requirements

• Strong technical expertise in tax advisory with a focus on ITTS-related transactions and related structuring requirements.
• Proven ability to support transaction-oriented tax consulting assignments, including due diligence, planning, and advisory work.
• Sound understanding of tax implications across real estate and infrastructure sector engagements.
• Demonstrated capability to interpret complex tax issues and develop practical, compliance-driven advisory solutions.
• Able to apply matured professional judgment in handling post-qualification tax assignments with accuracy and consistency.
