Key accountabilities
- Applicants must meet minimum age qualifications in the country in which the job is located.
- Build structured processes for below mentioned activities for PET ESCs and WHs (replicating NAR controls & policies).
- Work independently / directly with external and internal plants to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
- Ensure all KPIs & SLAs are consistently met.
- Review, resolve & document any exceptions or outliers in the process.
- Support business continuity to meet critical business objectives.
- Identify, initiate, and implement process improvement ideas.
- Ensure clear process documentation is in place, utilized and updated in timely manner.
- Support audit and control to ensure compliance with GMI and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with business partners including other Mumbai support teams and Minneapolis headquarter teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of Inventory related financial transactions in compliance with accounting controls and prepare information and reports for PET Internal/External manufacturing/storage facilities.
- Raise important questions during the planning phase
- Leverage Continues Improvement tools or mindset to identify recurring issues and work towards Institutional Solution.
- Mentor/ coach new team members
Requirements
- Minimum years of related experience required: 5.
- Preferred years of related experience: 5 to 7 years.
- Prior customer service, inventory management experience preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP system functionality preferred.
- Ability to question, recommend, influence and lead process changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for the team and stakeholders.
- Advanced MS Office computer skills preferred (i.
