Responsibilities

• Review and validate insurance claim information for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with clients to gather missing details or clarifications required for claim adjudication.
• Identify and flag errors, discrepancies, or incomplete documentation for correction or escalation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claims and related documentation.
• Support team members in resolving basic claim issues, escalating complex cases to senior staff as needed.
• Process claims in accordance with company guidelines, underwriting rules, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• American Institute of InsuranceAmerican Institute of Insurance, Certified Compliance Officer (CCO).
• The International Association of Risk and Compliance Professionals (IARCP)The International Association of Risk and Compliance Professionals (IARCP), Certified Risk Professional (CRP).
• Bachelors - Actuarial Science, Bachelors - Economics, Bachelors - Finance, Bachelors - Risk Management and Insurance, Masters - Statistics
