Responsibilities

• Handle large software programs end to end, consulting, strategy, project execution, and business development.
• Build process frameworks for the organizations.
• Work closely with business development, customers’ business and engineering teams & internal engineering teams.
• Gathering Requirements & Analysis
• Coordinate & communicate with business, operations, and Support teams.

Experience working in agile projects

• Experience in Delivery and operations in Banking and Capital Markets.
• Hands-on experience in managing client deliveries including client interaction, finalizing of SOWs and managing large size teams.
• Understanding and experience in leading digital transformation for large size banks.
• Experience in planning and execution of large size, complex projects in BCM vertical.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to provide solutions.
• Should have experience in managing/delivering using digital technologies.
• Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces.
• Experience working in Agile projects
