Genpact | Service Delivery Leader - F&A - AP 3

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end offshore delivery of multiple IT projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate daily activities of offshore teams, including developers, testers, analysts, and support engineers.
• Collaborate with onshore delivery leads, project managers, and client stakeholders to define project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation in delivery operations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security, quality, and governance policies.
• Provide technical and delivery leadership to teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage resource planning, workload distribution, and performance evaluations for offshore team members.
• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics to senior management and clients.
• Support pre-sales, estimation, and transition activities for new engagements.

Requirements

• Relevant years of IT delivery experience, with at least Relvant years in a leadership role managing offshore delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and DevOps practices.
• Proven track record in managing distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working with global clients, preferably in BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, or Technology domains.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum Master/SAFe) certification.
• Experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) or data platforms.
• Exposure to ITIL processes and service delivery management.
• The Institute of Cost Accountans of India (ICMAI)The Institute of Cost Accountans of India (ICMAI), Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
