Responsibilities

• This role involves overseeing R2R Centre of Scale (CoS) operations to ensuring quality, compliance, and robust internal controls.
• The ARM will act as operational business partner to FL units, manage end-to-end R2R deliverables and ensure impactful outcomes that meet user expectations.
• Additionally, the ARM is responsible for cross-functional governance to resolve the issues with upstream processes and addressing EY audit queries.
• Primary Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between the AREA Frontline Units Financial Controlling team and KBS operation delivery.
• Operational Oversight: Supervise Record-to-Report (R2R) Centre of Scale (CoS) operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and robust internal controls.
• Business Partnership: Act as a business partner to units, managing end-to-end (E2E) operations to achieve impactful outcomes.
