Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Payroll operations from input management and time & attendance through processing, disbursement and post-payroll activities.
• Lead team of payroll specialists, managing workload distribution and backup planning.
• Own relationship and governance with retained HR teams and third-party ADP/Workday support.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, quality reviews and process automation.
• Manage statutory compliance, audits and regulatory reporting across the payroll lifecycle.
• Provide escalation management for critical/complex payroll issues.
• Own Workday Payroll and ADP platform performance, upgrades and integration issues.
