Genpact | Service Delivery Manager - F&A - Tax 4C

Responsibilities

• Manage US GAAP tax close processes including quarterly and annual tax packs, and oversee documentation of uncertain tax positions.
• Maintain accurate accounting for deferred tax assets and liabilities under both Local and US GAAP, including valuation allowances.
• Prepare and review direct and indirect tax returns, and maintain a tax filing calendar to ensure timely compliance.
• Monitor cross-border payments and associated tax withholdings, ensuring accurate reconciliations and filings.
• Maintain and implement transfer pricing documentation and intercompany agreements across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to support financial and statutory audits.
• Track changes in tax legislation and communicate implications and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
