Responsibilities

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Receivable (RCM) Specialist to own and execute end-to-end management of AR Follow-up and Denials Management, Billing & Collection.
• In this dynamic role, you will manage follow-up and resolution of outstanding claims with insurance payers and period-end reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• You will leverage strong analytical skills to investigate open balance.
• Manage customer master creation, modification, maintenance, validation, and deactivation activities in compliance with defined governance controls.
• Manage Credit limit Approvals & Setup.
• Manage complex billing inventories, including claim creation, validation, submission, correction, and rebilling across payer types.
• Investigate and resolve claim edits, rejections, missing information, coding or authorization dependencies, and billing-system exceptions.
• Perform root cause analysis on recurring billing defects, unbilled accounts, delayed submissions, and preventable claim rework.
• Partner with Coding, Authorization, AR, Payment Posting, and Client teams to resolve upstream issues affecting timely and accurate billing.
• Prepare operational insights on billing backlog, clean-claim performance, submission timeliness, defects, and revenue-risk trends.
• Inviting applications for the role of AR – Specialist (4A) – Customer MDM and Billing Operations
• Responsible for managing end-to-end billing and MDM processes, managing customer master data governance, driving billing accuracy, resolving complex billing exceptions, improving billing controls, supporting governance, and mentoring Analysts to ensure timely and accurate claim generation and submission.

Requirements

• Relevant years of healthcare RCM experience with significant exposure to Billing operations and Customer Master Data Management.
• Strong healthcare RCM functional knowledge across MDM, Billing, and operational governance.
• Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, SUN System, Telis or similar enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of Customer Master Data processes, data governance frameworks, and data quality management principles.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, claim forms, payer requirements, claim edits, and rejection resolution.
• Ability to manage complex billing scenarios, high-volume inventories, and escalated claim issues.
• Strong analytical, coaching, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Experience with billing platforms, clearinghouses, payer portals, claim-scrubber tools, and operational reporting.
• Candidates must be willing to work 5 days from the office, with a 6:00 AM IST shift start.
