Responsibilities

• Review contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), Purchase Orders, and supporting documentation.
• Create and maintain customer orders, jobs, and projects in ERP systems.
• Maintain job files, documentation, and client rate cards.
• Support month-end activities including revenue accruals, WIP management, reconciliations, and project closures.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and internal controls.
• Respond to respective stakeholder queries in a timely manner.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in transitions, system upgrades, testing, and stabilization activities.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Process order revisions, amendments, and project adjustments
• Escalate operational risks, exceptions, and control issues appropriately
• Lead AI-powered transformation – Drive innovation and solve real-world business challenges that matter
• Make an impact – Help global enterprises solve business challenges that matter

Skills required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Experience working with ERP platforms mentioned below.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple OTC activities and priorities simultaneously.
