Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end billing and invoicing operations, ensuring invoices are generated accurately and on time.
• Monitor billing exceptions, credit/debit notes, cancellations, rebills, and invoice disputes.
• Ensure appropriate controls are in place to prevent revenue leakage and billing errors.
• Drive improvements in billing accuracy, first-time-right billing, and invoice turnaround time.
• Manage day-to-day Order to Cash process including Customer Master, Order Management, Billing Collections, Cash Application, and Dispute Management & Reporting.
• Ensure achievement of contractual SLAs, KPIs, and operational targets including quality and Productivity.
• Conduct regular governance calls, service reviews, and business updates.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve cash flow and operational performance.
• Analyze trends across collections, billing accuracy, disputes, customer setup, and cash application metrics.
• Drive data-based decision-making and forecasting.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and career development discussions with documented action plan.
• Guide, mentor, and support OTC associates and analysts.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives focused on productivity and quality improvement.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, audit requirements, internal controls, and client policies.
• Produce an action list after meetings for action, ownership and deadlines

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience managing OTC operations in the Media Industry with driving transformation / projects experience / Robotic implementation experience will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, executive presence, and influencing skills.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification preferred.
• Strong exposure to global delivery models and transition management.
• Experience in leading business process re-engineering and productivity programs.
• Effective management of sequential liability across the Order-to-Cash process by monitoring upstream and downstream dependencies, driving timely resolution of process breaks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to minimize impacts
• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) - Skillab, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Perfekt Szolnok, Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) - Instituto Nacional de Aprendizaje, Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst - Corporate Finance Institute (CFI)
