Responsibilities

• Ensure all entries are backed by appropriate documentation.
• Assist with accruals, prepayments, and provisions.
• Assist in processing intercompany invoices and settlements.
• Investigate and resolve reconciling items. 📄 External Reporting.
• Provide supporting documentation for disclosures.
• Audit Support: Liaise with internal and external auditors.
• Provide requested schedules, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Compliance Reporting: Support in preparing statutory reports and regulatory filings.
• Ensure timely submission of required reports to authorities.
• Assist in preparing commentary and explanation for deviations.
• Perform data integrity checks before finalizing reports.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packs.
• Prepare Board, CFO, CEO, and Executive Leadership presentations.
• Develop KPI, SLA, and performance scorecards.
• Provide variance analysis and business performance commentary.
• Create dashboards and visual reporting solutions.
• Partner with Finance, FP&A, Operations, and Transformation teams.
• Drive reporting automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Manage end-to-end reporting delivery, stakeholder engagement, reporting timelines, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Record to Report (R2R) – Responsibilities Journal Entries: Assist in preparing and posting journal entries during month-end and year-end close.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Help with capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights.
• Coach and develop reporting analysts and team members.
