Genpact | Sr. Associate - F&A - AP 5B

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of PO, Non-PO invoices, and credit notes with accuracy and SLA adherence.
• Invoice Validation: Perform invoice validation, 3-way matching, coding, tax verification, and approval checks.
• Invoice Exception Handling: Review and resolve invoice exceptions, blocks, rejections, and discrepancies.

Requirements

• Ability to manage complex exception-based processes and investigate multi-source discrepancies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including verbal interaction with external agencies where required.
• Experience working in high-volume, deadline-driven environments with multiple client entities and agency relationships.
• Advanced analytical and reconciliation skills with a focus on issue resolution and root-cause identification.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting.
• Preferred Skills / Additional requirements
• Experience in invoice processing, vendor management, reconciliations, and month-end close activities, payments, T&E and master data (candidates will be assessed for specific area out of all these process/domain knowledge, and basis SOD requirement)
