- Lead and manage transition projects from initiation through to successful completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for transition initiatives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines, scope, or outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks effectively to sponsors, stakeholders, and team members.
- Drive continuous improvement in transition processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Association for Proposal Management Professionals (APMP)Association for Proposal Management Professionals (APMP), ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
