Responsibilities

• Lead or support the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Coordinate with business unit leaders to gather inputs and align financial goals with strategic objectives.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in all financial forecasts and planning cycles.
• Perform detailed variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), cost drivers, revenue trends, and profitability metrics.
• Deliver financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, or cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports to senior leadership.
• Design and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring of business performance and financial health.
• Support consolidation and reporting of global or regional financial data, as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, sales, marketing, supply chain) to support strategic initiatives with financial analysis.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business units, helping them understand financial impacts and optimize resource allocation.
• Support pricing, investment, and business case evaluations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline FP&A processes, improve forecast accuracy, and reduce cycle time.
• Drive the implementation of financial tools, automation solutions, or reporting systems (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion, Power BI).
• Ensure alignment with corporate financial policies, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
• Support audit processes with proper documentation and analytical support.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts or specialists in the FP&A function.
• Provide coaching and promote continuous learning and professional development.
• Allocate work, set performance goals, and foster a high-performance culture.
