Key responsibilities

• This role will work closely with the supply chain & supply chain finance team and support financial controlling, savings governance, and reporting across multiple factories.
• The candidate should be digitally proficient and proactively identify opportunities to automate and simplify processes using AI and other digital tools.
• Supporting cost control through budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Supporting project appraisals and financial evaluation of capital and cost initiatives.
• Ensuring adherence to financial governance and control processes across the manufacturing network.
• Preparing and maintaining central reports, dashboards, and MIS for performance tracking.
• Coordinating with site finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial submissions.
• Supporting audits, reviews, and compliance requirements.

Eligibility

• Prior exposure to plant / manufacturing / supply chain finance is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management ability, and comfort with data and reporting.
