Key responsibilities
- As a Senior Manager Finance at GBS BFS, you will be instrumental in managing Regional P&L(~$100M+) for business in Honeywell.
- Additionally, the role involves operational reviews like Deals review & Support to GM
- Your responsibilities will encompass leading the analysis and operational oversight, financial reviews to support strategic decision-making and enhance business performance.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in these areas.
- Lead monthly sessions with both operations and finance leadership to review R&O (risks and opportunities), financial performance, address variances, and align action plans.
- Manage BAP activities like Pulse, MBRs.
Education and certifications
- Experience 12+ years of overall finance experience.
- Prior exposure of driving business finance metrics.
- Exposure to Tools like Power BI, Advance excel etc.
- Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Essbase, and Hyperion.
- The ability to quickly identify subtle patterns among issues and to make consistent, timely decisions.
- Strong cross functional and peer influencing skills.
