Responsibilities
- Managing Agri Portfolio, ensuring portfolio hygiene.
- Work closely with Credit, Ops and Product on enhancement, retention, Exit of customers.
- Identifies cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet.
- Building collaborative work culture between credit, RM-KCC, Ops etc.
- Generate NTB leads from existing customers.
- Post Graduation: Any Post Graduate (Agri Graduates Preferred)
Qualifications
- Deepen relationship with customer and proactively own, respond, uncover and anticipate future needs and expectations.
- Professional Degrees: CA/ CFA/ ICWA.
- Graduation: Any Graduate (Agri Graduates Preferred)
