Job responsibilities

• As a Business Management Analyst in our Asset and Wealth Management team, you will support key initiatives through project management, presentation development, and business analysis.

• You will partner with senior stakeholders to respond to executive ad-hoc requests and communicate next steps across key business partners.
• You will organize complex information into strategic, compelling materials, leveraging strong design judgment and intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills, including pivot tables.
• You will coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions.
• You will help maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites such as SharePoint.
• Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
• Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps.
• Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions.
• Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers to simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes.
• Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques, including creating wireframes and mock-ups iteratively for presentations, reports, and dashboards

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail with continuous focus on design excellence.
• Excellent organization and project management skills.
• Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions.
• Intermediate-level ability in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables).
• Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work with a high degree of independence.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
