Job responsibilities

• As a Trade Services Analyst in Manual Payments Reference Team, you will be instrumental in supporting daily operations by manually updating reference data for payees based on client instructions.
• This role requires processing client directives during U.S. hours, necessitating a dedicated night shift schedule
• Reporting to an Associate (Process Manager), you will ensure adherence to risk and control guidelines while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
• Ensure payment instructions are authenticated and authorized.
• Respond promptly to queries and resolve client issues.
• Provide accurate and complete MIS reports.
• Assist in training team members on job functions and procedures.
• Work independently and proactively identify tasks.
• Participate in function rotation within the group.
• Maintain high standards of work quality and efficiency.
• Process backup tasks and identify improvements in work practices.
• Process client directives during U.S. hours in a night shift role.

Requirements

• Understanding of payment processing related to reference/static data.
• Demonstrate experience in various aspects of payment processing.
• Utilize knowledge of MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing, and conflict management skills, with excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal abilities to resolve issues and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
• Effective presentation and negotiation skills, combined with an innovative mindset focused on continuous process improvement, and a willingness to be flexible in a team-oriented environment.
