About the company
Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited
The Kotak story began in 1985 with a finance company, Kotak Mahindra Finance Ltd., whose first business was bill discounting. In 2003 it became the first non-banking finance company in India to convert into a commercial bank. Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited now sits at the centre of a group that includes Kotak Securities, the mutual fund manager Kotak Mahindra Asset Management Company, a life insurance company, Kotak Mahindra Prime and Kotak Mahindra Capital Company. The bank is listed on the NSE and BSE, and its registered office is at Bandra Kurla Complex in Mumbai.
The bank's current openings are customer-facing roles in branch banking and in tractor and farm-equipment lending, based in Haryana and Maharashtra. Where a posting states a qualification, it asks for at least a high-school diploma and gives preference to a bachelor's degree in finance, business or a related field.
