Responsibilities
- As a Personal Banker, you will be the face of our bank, offering a warm and professional welcome to customers.
- You will be an integral part of our branch team, ensuring a seamless and positive banking experience for our clients.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Collaborate with other branch teams to deliver an integrated banking experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.

- Process various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
- Strong product knowledge and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in using banking software and systems for transaction processing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards customer needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
