- Identify potential M&A clients for business development purpose.
- Execute valuation analysis through market approach and income approach.
- Prepare three-statement financial models for M&A transactions.
- Perform financial and operational benchmarking.
- Prepare locked box paper and funds flow models.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of financial statements and financial ratios.
- Advanced knowledge of M&A concepts and relative valuation techniques.
- Strong business writing and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of capital markets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (specifically, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint).
