Responsibilities
- Prepare parts of buy-side / sell-side pitch books, including credentials, investment highlights, industry overview, buyer / target identification and profiling.
- Execute parts of valuation analysis using market approach.
- Assist in preparing sections of Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), Management Presentations (MPs) and deal admin workstreams.
- Perform financial and operational benchmarking.
- Prepare databook and financial summary.
- Prepare parts of conference presentations.
