Responsibilities

• Execute valuation analysis through market approach and income approach.
• Prepare three-statement financial models for M&A transactions.
• Perform financial and operational benchmarking.

Requirements

• The candidate must have 3+ years of working experience in investment banking / M&A services.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and financial ratios.
• Good understanding of M&A concepts and relative valuation techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A commercial outlook and a good understanding of the general business / economic environment and M&A business.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (specifically MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in using research databases such as Capital IQ, Thomson Reuters, Pitchbook, among others.
