Responsibilities

• We are looking for experienced Techno Functional consulting professionals who have a broad understanding of Oracle EBS, Industry best practices and multiple business processes within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) space.
• Handle Releases and Upgrades on R12 SCM.
• Postproduction support and month end reconciliations.
• Perform System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Data Migration validations etc.
• Ensure seamless solution delivery and communications.
• Collaborate with Delivery Team of client and Internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Delivery and other team members.
• Resolve issues related to EBS SCM as per SLA.
• Mentor and trains Client Users and Internal team members.
• Configure EBS core financial modules including Purchasing / Order Management / Inventory / WIP / BOM / Procurement / Manufacturing / Logistics / Customize Workflows / Integrations with 3rd Party applications
• Analyze business requirements, perform fit gap analysis and propose and implement solutions
• Collaborate with Business Users
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Document RCA and generate Knowledge Documents
• Document Training and Knowledge share documents where applicable

Requirements

• Familiarity with Oracle AIM / UIM methodology and documentation standards.
• Good understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to pay (P2P) business cycles.
• Experience and knowledge of working with User Hooks, Fast Formulas, Forms, PL/SQL, Reports.
• Experience with Monitoring of scheduling Jobs, troubleshooting and Automations.
• Ability to work independently and own tasks assigned.
• Knowledge share documents where applicable.
• Understanding of applications like Concur, Simple Legal, Blackline, Kyriba (Good to have).
• Must have atleast 5 to 7 EBS project lifecycle experience in Supply Chain Management modules across EBS.
• Must have good experience in Oracle EBS.
• Ability to train internal / client in EBS SCM suite.
• Good documentation and presentation skills.
• Must have good SCM knowledge and basic understanding of Financials.
• Hands-On experience in leading managed services / support team.
