Roles & responsibilities

• Engagement Manager and People/Team Manager.
• Manage client expectations and delivery of services to expatriate employees of corporate clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Develop and review tax equalization and international assignment policies.
• Review and sign tax returns and equalizations of expatriate and inpatriate employees.
• Manage resource allocation, workflow, and resource utilization.
• Manage reporting to the client and KPMG stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach staff
• Keep track of budgets and profitability of the engagement.
• Work collaboratively with the clients and deliver quality services by enforcing quality and KPMG standards.

Requirements

• Minimum master’s degree from reputable universities with excellent academic result, majoring in Accounting or Finance.
• Enrolled Agent Certification or CPA.
• Mandatory technical & functional skills.
• The candidate must have 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a Big 4 Firm.
• Experience managing multiple client engagements and client service teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs, including spreadsheet programs (i.
• Broad exposure to federal income taxation and knowledge of tax regulations.
• Excellent written and Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong Leadership and personnel management skills, Analytical skills with detail orientation.
• Team player; self-driven and ability to work independently as well as able to motivate team members.
• People management skills with demonstrated ability to build a transparent and cohesive team.
• Knowledge on Financial Services sector from Global Mobility tax perspective is an added advantage.
