The role would require

• The MC – IT Advisory EPM team is seeking an Assistant Manager (Oracle Hyperion Planning Specialist) to join the growing EPM practice.
• We are looking for a consulting professional with a strong understanding of EPM solutions, industry’s best practices, and associated business processes.
• Support end-to-end delivery of Oracle Hyperion Planning / EPBCS implementations.
• Contribute to solution design and assist in architecture for budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Support project delivery, including scope, timelines, risks, quality, and client communication.
• Guide and mentor junior team members; support capability-building initiatives.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions within defined timelines.
• Facilitate workshops and assist in providing best-practice recommendations to clients.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities such as solutioning, estimations, and proposal development.
• Budgeting and forecasting processes

Requirement

• End-to-end implementation experience in Planning & Budgeting projects.
• Hands-on experience with EPBCS OOTB (Out-of-the-Box) modules such as Financials, Workforce, and Capex.
• Exposure to Groovy Script/APIs / automation tools (good to have).
• Experience across multiple implementation lifecycles
