Responsibilities

• If the candidate is an ICAI affiliate, CA articleship with top or mid -tier accounting firm.
• Plan and perform risk assessments work, work with clients on PBC requirements, work assignments to engagement team members, Identification of issues/missing information and managing & tracking the open issues until resolved, etc.
• Establish strong professional relationships with clients and engagement team members through regular connects and meetings.
• Review of the team’s work and to provide timely feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance.
• Provide regular updates on work pipeline, discussions with engagement teams on issues/missing information, manage & track the open issues until resolved, etc. while maintaining the data confidentiality and adherence to the risk management policy by the team members.
• Working experience of IFRS

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience with working independently on audit assignments or engagements.
• Leadership skills demonstrating sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
