Kyndryl India | Head of Finance Applications (AMS Delivery Lead)

• Lead the delivery and management of finance application services across ERP, Coupa, OneStream, and related platforms.
• You will be responsible for service excellence, operational stability, stakeholder management, governance, and continuous improvement across the Digital Finance landscape.
• Lead end-to-end Application Management Services (AMS) for finance and procurement applications.
• Ensure service stability, SLA adherence, governance, and delivery quality.
• Oversee incidents, service requests, changes, releases, defects, and enhancements.
• Drive operational excellence through automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business, product, technical, and service management teams to manage priorities, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure effective testing, documentation, production readiness, and operational support.

Requirements

• You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it.
• Significant experience leading AMS or enterprise application support teams.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Procurement business processes.
• Experience supporting ERP and finance platforms such as Coupa, OneStream, SAP, Oracle, or similar solutions.
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
• Proven experience managing SLAs, governance, stakeholder relationships, and service performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading Digital Finance or Finance Transformation programs.
• ITIL certification or equivalent service management experience.
• Experience with automation, shift-left strategies, and service improvement initiatives.
• Exposure to global delivery models and multi-vendor environments.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Record-to-Report (R2R).
