Responsibilities
- Prepare annual budgets and monitor expenses against budget.
- Develop and present quarterly budget reports to the CSR team.
- Handle audits, assessments, and compliance-related queries.
- Manage diagnostic collections, cash transactions, bank deposits, and payment vouchers.
- Prepare and renew agreements, licenses, and statutory certificates.
- Coordinate with government authorities for approvals and compliance.
- Track applications and ensure timely receipt of licenses/certifications.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Centre.
- Monitor inventory and movement of materials (returnable/non-returnable).
- Coordinate repair and maintenance activities.
- Liaise with ART Centres and external stakeholders for payments and official communications.
- Manage patient registration, LST consent documentation, appointments, enquiries, and doctor coordination for OPD/OT services.
- Prepare diagnostic reports (USG and 2D-Echo) and maintain Centre records/documentation.
- Resolve payment-related exceptions, track payment status, and coordinate with Accounts.
- Maintain doctor attendance records, issue gate passes for material movement, and support HMIS implementation and coordination across L&T CHCs.
- Process PRs/POs, invoices, and monthly payments for consultants, security staff, labour, and volunteers through SAP/Navoday.
