Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive risk reviews during Pre-Bid, Execution, and Project Closure stages to evaluate risk exposure and recommend mitigation measures.
- Review commercial terms and contractual clauses including payment terms, indemnities, liquidated damages, warranties, guarantees, insurance, dispute resolution, and termination provisions.
- Coordinate with legal teams to obtain legal inputs on contracts, claims, disputes, arbitration matters, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare risk assessments, risk registers, management reports, and dashboards to support informed decision-making and strengthen governance.
- Collaborate with business, project, finance, procurement, contracts, and legal teams to ensure effective risk management and business protection.
- Lead Risk Management activities by identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating strategic, operational, financial, contractual, and compliance risks across the organization.
