McKinsey India | Assistant Manager - Tax

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the preparation of statutory accounts, tax computations, returns, and estimates, including deferred tax calculations for 5 to 8 group entities.
• Additionally, you will provide advice on tax compliance matters and collaborate closely with office accountants, auditors, and external advisors by supplying necessary information for statutory accounting, field audits, assessments, and tax return preparations.
• Finally, you will ensure thorough documentation of all processes and work performed, while handling other tax accounting-related tasks as assigned on a time-to-to-time basis.
• Your background: Qualified Chartered Accountant required5+ years of experience (post qualification)Previous work experience in ‘Big Four’ or other top accounting Firm or working in industry with a substantial previous work-experience with Big 4.
