McKinsey India | Ethics & Compliance Specialist - Anti-Corruption

Responsibilities

• You will be required to engage in regionally focused initiatives, such as infusing our integrity agenda, under the direction and coordination of our regional E&C leaders, the purpose of which is to raise awareness of and further our firm’s E&C program, and other agreed-upon supporting activities in your region or location.Collaboration is a key aspect of this role.
• Your main responsibility will be to support our Anti-Corruption program and initiatives with a focus on our gifts, meals, entertainment, and travel and third-party intermediary programs.
• You will be part of McKinsey’s Ethics and Compliance (E&C) function and will be based in one of our locations in the EEMA and Asia regions region.
• You will work within our Client & Regulatory Compliance pillar, which is responsible for building and enhancing E&C programs to ensure our firm adheres to regulatory requirements.
• You will execute our firm’s global Anti-Corruption program.
• Collaboration is a key aspect of this role.
• You will collaborate with a cross-functional group (e.g., Legal, Risk, Global Social Responsibility) across our firm in a timely and efficient manner.
• You will collaborate with the broader E&C function, and Legal to drive awareness, training, and monitoring measures for the Anti-Corruption program to ensure it is fully embedded in practice and is holistic in approach.
