Roles and responsibilities

• Management reporting, stress testing and audit support.
• Filing reporting packs (compliance reports, financials, borrowing bases etc.) and reviewing compliance certificates.
• Post-deal closing process according to the checklist (e.g. creating a fee memo, deal success slide, tombstone.
• Supporting deal leads in coordinating with stakeholders for queries and requests related to transactions.
