Main responsibilities

• Responsible for assessing the customers and industries risk to support the team in structuring complex deals to mitigate risk to the Bank as well as reviewing credit applications within the team to ensure pricing, product offerings and the structuring of the deal is aligned to business strategy and delivers a high quality of service
• Ensuring adherence to internal control mechanisms relating to credit line expiry, overdue and other compliance and regulatory matters.
• Ensure percolation of organizational targets into departmental goals.
• Manage the allocated client portfolio (Credit /Non Credit), to ensure balanced growth of the same within acceptable risk levels.
• Responsible for training / educating / sharing knowledge and experience with new and existing team members.
• Coordinate with other departments to carry out transactions and standing instructions if required.
• Identify the need of the customer and advise it accordingly.

• Focused on client handling and management / good communication skills and amiable nature.
• Domain knowledge on the financial sector and products including.
• Understanding of Financial / Banking products and services.
• Able to develop more negotiation and good sales skills.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
