Job Highlights
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of FF borrowers and undertake objective detailed due diligence and underwriting of subscription / capital call facilities and/or foreign exchange limits.
- Managing end to end annual renewal of limits, amendments and/or waivers, and borrower ratings as per the Bank’s credit processes and procedures collaborating with other stakeholders (Product team and Credit Officers / Approvers).
- Support Product team / Credit Officers on requests related to new transactions, amendments and/or waivers, or other portfolio reviews.
- Support in preparation of presentations for Management reporting, Credit Committee meetings etc.
- Preparation of periodic sector reports and stress tests of the portfolio (e.
- Audit management – Internal, External including regulatory inspections (Credit Examination, JFSA / OCC / BoJ / FED / Statutory etc.)
Requirements
- Strong understanding of financial statements / credit analysis of subscription / capital call facilities and/or foreign exchange limits.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word and other credit related applications.
- Must possess excellent communication and report writing skills.
- Strong team player with attention to detail, collaborative attitude and diligent.
- Ability to understand macroeconomic environment and assessing impact on the borrowers / portfolio.
- Prior experience in foreign exchange/derivatives an added advantage.
- Prior experience of managing credit portfolio in a similar set up is necessary.
- Attention to details, sensitivity towards timelines, ability to handle multiple tasks in various stages, and problem-solving mindset.
- Existing exposure to US markets will be an added advantage.
- Manager – 6 to 9 years’ relevant experience.
