Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and guidance to ensure effective coordination between internal teams—including portfolio managers, analysts, and traders and external partners such as custodians, counterparties, and brokers, facilitating timely resolution of operational issues.
• Oversee the end-to-end trade lifecycle across Equities, Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange & Commission management/recapture, ensuring trade affirmation and settlements are processed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timelines.
• Foster an environment conducive to tech-enabled integration, innovation, and change.
• Document and inventory all processes meticulously.

Requirements

• Minimum 6-7 or more years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Familiarity with custodian, broker, and money manager operations.
• Proven leadership and team management experience preferred.
• Effective communication of complex technical details to various management levels.
• Proficient in MS Office, adapt at managing substantial email correspondence.
• Problem-solving ability and strong global business acumen skills.
• Experience with vendor products such as CTM, SWIFT, Markit, Bloomberg preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, fostering collaboration at all management levels.
