- Responsible for delinquent Portfolio of Factoring product / Factoring Business for Pan India.
- Managing Delinquency of entire India from Current Bucket till and post write off.
- Collaborate with other teams for early resolution.
- Chasing customers for default and late payment

Requirements
- Working Capital Solutions for segments ranging from SMEs to large corporates in India.
- Should have >5 years’ experience in equivalent field.
- Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power and negotiation skills.
- Good at MS Office and other tools including Digitalization and use of AI.
- Should be able to work under pressure.

- Fluent in English & Hindi (Spoken and Written)
